miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.
But this time, things may be different.
Late Sunday night, Prime Minister Ariel
Sharon said, "We have a window of
opportunity, after the death of Arafat and
the re-election of President Bush, to break
the stalemate of negotiation and replace it
with a strategy of reconciliation." In his
interview with William Safire, Prime
Minister Sharon expressed a willingness to
work towards this glimmer of hope.
