2. Appear in person at the Consulate and Present your
passport.
3. 3 recent passport color photographs (2" by 2"), showing a
front view of your face.
4. Know your file/case number and the exact address of the
organization where the certificate will be sent to (Embassy,
Consulate or Immigration Authorities). The certificate
cannot be given to the applicant or his/her lawyer but only
to the institute or body that requested it.
5. There is a $4 fee. Processing time is at least 12 weeks.
